THE BASQUE REGION

The basque region is situated in the northern part of spain with part of it inside france the basque people do not see there selfs as spanish the have the own language which is called Euskera which till date have never been able to pin point its origin comprises of 3 provinces, Bizkaia (Biscay), Araba and Gipuzkoa.

It is a very mountainous area which is the Pyrenees with lush green growth and the country holds a very modern culture and architecture with the old medieval buildings.
